As a practising therapist I am always researching, thinking and writing about ways we can improve health and wellbeing, not just for ourselves but also ways we can help our friends, families and children. I love to share all these ways to keep well, so I send out a newsletter, focusing each month on a different area of health, from weight management tips, to sleep and dealing with stress & anxiety. I also send links to free downloads and recordings, as well as information on my workshops.
